This month, we started having a problem dialing outbound and received a male voice referencing a password issue with the Google Voice account.&nbsp; The password was fine, and I found the screen shots below<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.paulbegley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/image.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"504\" height=\"104\" title=\"image\" style=\"display: inline; background-image: none;\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.paulbegley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/image_thumb.png?resize=504%2C104&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clicked link on support page, $10 for one year of Obihai Premium Support, and after the purchase, the software update was available.&nbsp; I have no problem with the support contract, and I\u2019m very satisfied with the performance and features of the Obi110.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.paulbegley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/image-1.png?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"383\" height=\"47\" title=\"image\" style=\"display: inline; background-image: none;\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blog.paulbegley.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/image_thumb-1.png?resize=383%2C47&#038;ssl=1\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The problem I had was obscure, and I didn\u2019t find any support references via Google or Bing searches.&nbsp;
